UXR/ UI UX Designer

Digital Marketer

Digital User Researcher with over six years of experience working on public and private projects. In addition to being conversant with an ever-evolving range of research methodologies, I have extensive experience in testing user interfaces and end-user research. Excellent facilitation and moderation skills with knowledge of qualitative methods like in-depth interviews. Capable of analysing and communicating research results to development teams. Creative with new projects, dedicated to seeing them through various phases, and able to incorporate all kinds of users into appropriate research activities to help team members understand the diversity of government service users. In addition to understanding the social and technological contexts for government services, implementing user research activities to assist teams in understanding changing user behaviour is essential to providing a high level of client satisfaction.

A spark was lit for these skills during my Masters in Digital and Strategic Marketing program at the University of Bradford, my Bachelors in English Literature at the University of Benin and my training at Utiva. It has been an extraordinary adventure applying and honing them ever since.

Also, have in-depth knowledge and expertise in SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, Online marketing, Web analytics and Digital strategy.
